Lead - Talent Acquisition - Technology (15-18 yrs)

Primary Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans

- Build and maintain recruitment operations and strategy to provide recruitment insights, trends, and recommendations for senior management

- Partner with senior business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs.

- Manage a team of Talent Acquisition leads and recruiters and provide coaching and guidance to ensure the team is able to deliver on recruitment goals.

- Experience in designing and executing successful recruiting strategies for diverse roles and levels across India offices.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand and articulate talent acquisition goals and objectives and identify talent gaps and opportunities.

- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-level executives, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates.

- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and partnerships with executive search firms, to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Secondary Responsibilities but not limited to:

- 15+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. Experience in both tech and non-tech recruiting will be beneficial.

- Hands-on recruitment experience hiring for CXO roles

- Experience in leading and creating high performance culture in the recruiting team, setting clear goals, and providing coaching and feedback to support growth.

- Ability to build trust and relationships with leaders across the business to assist in building out their team's hiring objectives Exceptional business acumen and ability to build relationships and collaborate with senior stakeholders and HR Business Partnering Team.

- Well rounded experience in managing TA process with expertise in leadership hiring

- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing

- Experience in consulting or coaching for talent acquisition or recruiting will be preferred.

Key Success Metrics:

- Reduction in time to fill requisitions

- Adherence to manning percentages for all departments and sub departments

- Increase hiring through Hire Train and Deploy / Talent Partner Pipeline

- Focus on cost per hire and Diversity
