Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone or in writing to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service standards
  • Resolve routine questions following established guidelines and conduct research on customer inquiries
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the healthcare insurance industry and team processes

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent with 3+ years of formal English language studies
  • 1+ years of experience in Denial Management process
  • 1+ year(s) of experience using Windows PC applications, including keyboard use, screen navigation, and software tools
  • 6+ months of service-oriented experience corresponding with English-speaking customers in writing or over the phone
  • 1+ years of service-oriented experience applying business rules and making decisions in various scenarios

Additional Information:

Ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 17:30pm to 3:30am IST
