Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and requests promptly
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure the delivery of the best customer service experience
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to performance metrics and contribute to achieving performance incentives

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Malayalam or Kannada, with excellent English communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in voicebased customer support and escalation
  • Graduates without backlogs are eligible to apply
  • Age criteria: years

Compensation:

  • Annual

CTC:
Upto INR 2,64,000

  • Takehome salary: INR 18,364 to 20,000
  • Additional performance incentives of INR 3,000

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to ₹264,000.00 per year
