  • Managing and handling escalations
  • Plan, develop and Implement systems, policies and procedures fo controlling customer service strategies/ service standards for superior service
  • Delivery aimed at enhancing the image of the company and overall financial performance
  • Establishing strong credibility between the organization and all leading financial institutions of the region
  • Review and Approval of Agreement for Sale
  • To ensure proper follow up for pending documents
  • Handle walk in customer queries
