Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maximize revenue and achieve business targets through client renewals and upsells.
  • Act as a consultant to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through personalized solutions.
  • Capture key feedback for client experience improvements through data analysis.
  • Lead quality service demonstrations by the team on video meetings.
  • Conduct regular team trainings and audits to maintain service quality.

Qualifications:

  • 70%+ marks in 10th and 12th.
  • MBA or any equivalent degree from toptier colleges.
  • Minimum 12 years of work experience in team handling roles, preferably in client servicing and product selling.
