Growth Business Manager


Strong understanding of the marketing & branding concepts, digital marketing ecosystem etc., including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.


  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and P&L management, with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and finance to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Leadership skills: Should be able to motivate and influence teams in working towards a common objective
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver insightful MIS/quarterly presentations and reports to communicate key findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity: Display maturity and conduct independently and deal with ambiguity in a frictionless manner
