Digitalization and Automation Solutions team is at the fore front of digitalization initiatives in Vestas and is placed under the Operational Excellence department. We drive, implement, and support the digital tools / solutions across the value chain in Vestas.
As a part of Digitalization and Automation Solutions team - Systems you will be a part of a dynamic team working with logistics systems and processes. This team acts as the system developer and operations support team for the manufacturing organization in Vestas. We work together with various stakeholders such as End users in business, process owners, management and Global IT to ensure that Vestas has the right digital systems available for carrying out its operations.
Responsibilities
- Address end user queries related to process/system within the Manufacturing Systems area
- Conduct system and process related trainings
- Support & drive improvement initiatives within the Production Execution, Materials management areas
- Work closely with IT to test and implement improvements in the Manufacturing System - Apriso
- Support the transformation/enhancement of the current processes
- Support the planning and performing of system upgrades
Qualifications
- Master's / Bachelor's in any engineering specialization.
- Hands on experience in working with Manufacturing Systems - Apriso & ERP integrations
- Holistic understanding of the Manufacturing Processes
- Experience in supporting large-scale/global sites from a central remote location
- Experience to build Business uses cases and functional specifications
Competencies
- Experience in working with manufacturing systems (Delmia Apriso)
- Stakeholder management
- Good understanding of manufacturing process.
- Ability to document and roll out process & system related improvements
- Experience in delivering trainings
- Good problem-solving skills
