Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive IT governance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the ISO 27001 implementation and certification process across multiple locations, ensuring compliance and successful certification.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure operational resilience.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including GDPR, SAMA, and other relevant frameworks.
- Develop and deliver training programs on IT governance, compliance, and BC/DR to enhance organizational knowledge and preparedness.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of IT controls and compliance measures; prepare and present detailed reports on IT governance, risk, and compliance status to senior management.
- Manage incidents and responses related to IT security, compliance issues, and BC/DR events, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Implement and manage GRC automation tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and enforce cloud security policies and procedures, ensuring the security of cloud-based systems and services.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT governance, risk, and compliance, with at least 2-3 years in a specialist or similar role.
- Proven experience with at least one full project lifecycle of ISO 27001 implementation and certification.
- Experience with GRC automation tools and technologies; familiarity with ECC-1:2018 and DCC-1:2022 is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams and drive performance.
- Client-centric approach, with a commitment to understanding and meeting client and organizational needs.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and regulatory requirements, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align IT GRC practices with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, PMP certifications.
