Customer Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Data Governance Specialist to join our team at Philips, a leading health technology company.
About the RoleThis is a highly visible role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a key member of our Enterprise Information Management (EIM) team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and consistency of customer data across all systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the owner for Philips' Customer Database, validating data that enters the system, integration of the database with other systems, and maintaining DQ metrics.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and validation of customer master data to ensure it meets organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Fiori, SDFC, and MDM consistency across all targeted systems.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and generate reports to provide insights into customer data quality and metrics.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance data management practices.
- Lead or participate in projects aimed at optimizing customer data processes and systems.
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Has worked extensively in MDM/Data warehousing environments as a Data Specialist, SME, Functional or Technical expert.
- A thorough understanding of Supply chain, SAP vendor management processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of integration of aspects with other platforms and a thorough understanding of system architectures and data landscapes.
- A strong eye for detail and ability to maintain rigorous documentation of processes.
- A self-motivated individual, with a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment and comfortable working with stakeholders from different countries and diverse cultures.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
