Capability Building:

  • Design and drive programs for grooming developing and certifying associates within domain teams (including taskforce identifications implementation plan review mechanisms).
  • Identify the agenda for the domain workshops and work with vendors and architecture teams to ensure the creation of the workshop material.

  • Delegate the creation and presentation of the workshop material based on the scale.
  • Enable a higher industry/domain understanding quotient by conducting workshops with developers across projects.
