Role Objective:


To set up and manage a robust Sales & Business Development team in the territories where we operate and to create credible visibility for our brand with surgeons, physicians, & other healthcare professionals.

The role also demands a seasoned healthcare professional with an ability for forging meaningful relationships with top-tier surgeons, doctors, Corporates and healthcare institutions aiming to co-create solutions that enhance the lives of our seniors.


Key Deliverables:

  • Seeking a candidate who has the appetite for achieving QoQ sales growth
  • Should have grown from junior to senior level in the hierarchy and has good, doctor connect, hospitals and corporate connects.
  • Should be able to take up challenges.
  • Should have the ability to strategies and scale the business with planning and creating avenues of business channels.
  • Must have good connect with hospitals, doctors and corporates.
  • Working Experience with Leadership team is an added advantage.
  • Should good understanding of the region and the market.
  • Must have minimum 10+ years of experience with majority of tenure in healthcare.

Qualification / Experience:

  • Healthcare Experience and Understanding is a must.
  • Able to lead and drive the business and contribute to growth of the organisation.
  • Good leadership skill, taking people along.
  • Experience of having managed a diverse team.
  • Open to travel.
