Sales Manager- Warehouse Automation

Technical Skills Required:

  • Understanding of Warehouse Solutions.
  • Awareness of the latest technologies being used in Warehouse Automation (Industry 4.0Standards).
  • Techno-Commercial Proposals preparations
  • If he or she has a background of Robotics and warehouse automation solution would be advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing new business opportunities and business models.
  • Identifies, develops, and manages channel partners to achieve channel goals.
  • Develops forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for channels partners.
  • Develops and implements plans for strategic accounts and / or markets.
  • Build a Sales pipeline.
  • Liaison effectively with the in-house, marketing, operations, and peers in other countries.
  • Report on the sales results timely and weekly and proactive advice on the forecast of sales.
  • To prepare the commercial proposal for the solution and lead the negotiations with the customer.
  • Generate Enquiries, Customer Visits, work closely with Solution team.
  • Help optimize the sales process.
  • Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.
  • Owning the Region and account - Account Management.
  • To keep up with the latest technology trends and keep up with competitors' products to provide feedback to add new features to the existing products
  • To train and develop fresh talent in the organization.
Minimum Qualification - MBA Sales & Marketing will have an added advantage, B.Tech or equivalent technical degree.
