Responsibilities:

- Establish accounting and finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Delegate and allocate appropriate tasks among team members.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Maintain accurate accounting records.

- Evaluate financial risks and propose preventive measures.

- Interface with clients, business partners, auditors, and vendors.

- Ensure full compliance with state authorities' regulations.

- Offer expert financial advice and services to clients.

- Investigate and rectify any financial discrepancies.

- Conduct internal and external audits.

- Prepare budgets, annual reports, and strategic plans.

- Advise clients on financial transactions, new projects, and expansions.

- Assist clients with reciprocity agreements, training agreements, or similar tax/payment-related queries.

- Analyze the company's financial systems and procedures.

- Process online payments and bank statements.

- Prepare and forecast budget reports.

- Identify and suggest methods to prevent fraudulent activities.

- Negotiate monetary terms with vendors.

- Provide support with tax planning.

- Liaise with banks for banking-related tasks.

- Prepare cash flow and fund flow reports.

- Create and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to top management.

- Ensure adherence to and monitor all monthly, quarterly, and yearly compliances.

- Handle scrutiny processes and ensure smooth closure.

- Coordinate with the company secretary and legal team for compliance matters.
