Job Overview:

The Corporate Relations Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key corporate partners. This role involves managing existing partnerships, identifying new partnership opportunities, and ensuring that collaborations align with the organization's strategic goals and values.

Experience: 7-12 yrs

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with corporate partners.

- Identify new partnership opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to assess their potential.

- Manage communication between key corporate partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and mutual benefit.

- Organize and attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to represent the organization and foster valuable industry connections.

- Prepare and present reports on partnership status, challenges, and progress to senior management.

- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to recommend adjustments in partnership strategy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in corporate relations, business development, or a similar role.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, presentations, and industry events.
