About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment

2. Support in the execution of HR projects under the guidance of senior team members

3. Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and reviews

4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to meet the shared goals

5. Manage day-to-day operations like access management and database maintenance

6. Maintain compliance with processes and frameworks as outlined

7. Assist in the onboarding and off boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees
