Responsibility and accountability for revenue and sales numbers with agreed profit margins.

 

Qualifications:

1.Educational Background:

Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

2.Experience:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the real estate sector, demonstrating a successful blend of strategy and execution.

3.Skills:

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with day-to-day operational needs.

4.Collaborative Leadership:

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
