**Job Description**:

- Make suggestions for the CEO's financial and tax strategies. - Lead the engineering services' financial operations taking charge of the entire finance and accounts division and giving direction on operational and financial issues
- Create an annual CAPEX and OPEX budget and keep an eye on the accounting process. Create and put into place rules, processes, and controls to ensure the company's financial performance is successful. In order to ensure that internal and external audits are completed efficiently and on time, audit and analysis of financial data must be performed. In order to develop long-term and short-term company strategies, support financial planning, modeling, and data analysis, and communicate these strategies to the BOD. In order to negotiate interest rates and other terms, you must oversee your company's cash flow, cash management, working capital, long-term and short-term investments, and relationships with bankers, other financial institutions, and investors. Observing additional funding and equity sources, such as venture capital
- Creating financial statements, participating actively in financial reporting, and analyzing them to spot opportunities and dangers
- In consultation with the team, reporting the annual business plan will increase commercial opportunities. Implementing process improvement, enhancing process capability and efficiency, and analyzing and resolving variations
- Must be able to understand the changing business environment, adjust to it, and convey this to higher management and the BOD using MIS. You must be in charge of your company's cash flow, cash management, working capital, long
