Key Responsibilities:

Web Research:

  • Conduct thorough web research to identify potential leads, prospects, and market trends.
  • Analyze market data to uncover new business opportunities and industry insights.

Zoho CRM Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of our Zoho CRM system, including customization, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement best practices for CRM usage, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on CRM functionality and usage.

MIS Management:

  • Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key metrics.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for sales strategy refinement and optimization.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive informed decision-making.

Campaign Planning:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategic sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM data to segment target audiences, personalize messaging, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on strategies for maximum impact.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5+ years in sales operations, CRM administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Zoho CRM or related CRM platforms (preferred).
