Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned region
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and motivation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance and make necessary adjustments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Zonal Sales Manager in the FMCG sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Sound knowledge of market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
