Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Information Technology Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, and Network Security. This leadership role is critical for ensuring that our IT infrastructure supports our business objectives and maintains the highest standards of security and reliability.


Responsibilities :


- IT Operations Management : Oversee the daily operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability of all systems and services.


- Infrastructure Planning : Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and applications.


- Network Security : Lead initiatives to secure the IT infrastructure, including the implementation of best practices, policies, and technologies to protect against cyber threats.


- Troubleshooting : Identify, analyze, and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.


- Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.


- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.


- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and ensure that infrastructure services are aligned with business requirements.


- Budget Management : Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while meeting organizational needs.


- Performance Monitoring : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT infrastructure, providing regular reports to senior management.


- Disaster Recovery Planning : Design and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of major IT failures.


Qualifications :


- Experience : Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT Operations and Infrastructure Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.


- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.


- Certifications : Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or ITIL are preferred.


Technical Skills :


- Strong understanding of network security principles, cloud services, virtualization, and infrastructure management tools.


- Analytical Skills : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.


- Project Management : Proven project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.


- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


- Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
