About the Role:

Appian Developer (Jr, ML, Sr) in business process management.



Responsibilities:

  • Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.
  • Experience of working on Agile projects.
  • Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view.
  • Knowledge of Appian Smart Services.
  • Knowledge of Tempo Interface.
  • Proven track of working closely with key business users.
  • Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering.
  • Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment.
  • Experience and understanding of business process flows.
  • Expert in analysing and documenting business processes.
  • Expert in writing business requirements.
  • Expert in writing functional requirements.
  • Be able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models.
  • Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders.
  • Translates ideas into concrete work activities.
  • Should have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution (a.k.a Rules Engine).
  • Considerations are needed to determine and help in establishing some enterprise standards.
