Opportunity for Business Process Excellence Manager – Procure to Pay (P2P)

Location: Bengaluru

Overview:

Lead global transformation and optimization of Procure-to-Pay processes, driving SAP S/4HANA implementation to standardize workflows and enhance efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own P2P workstream across design, deployment, and sustain phases.
  • Analyze and redesign processes; conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops.
  • Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA functional designs.
  • Collaborate on system integration and optimization with IT and consultants.
  • Drive change management and stakeholder engagement globally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, SCM, Operations, or related field.
  • 8+ years in P2P domain or SAP ERP transformation projects.
  • SAP S/4HANA MM expertise preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of P2P processes (PR/PO, GR, Invoice, AP, Spend Analytics).
  • Familiarity with tools like Signavio, JIRA, SAP.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
