This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outletsCreate compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital mediaMaintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trendsDevelop creative concepts and adapt designs based on client requirements and brand guidelinesEnsure consistency and quality across all design outputMaintain knowledge of design trends, social media formats, and creative best practicesManage multiple projects and deliver in tight deadlines QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field1-3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suitestrong understanding of colour theory, typography and brandingStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skillsPortfolio of workability to take feedbackPreferred skillsExperience creating reels/static ads for Instagram & FacebookUnderstanding of UI/UX fundamentalsAbility to develop brand identity elementsKnowledge of print design (optional)What we offerOpportunity to work with diverse brands and projectsCreative freedom and supportive team cultureGrowth-oriented environment with learning opportunitiesCompetitive salary based on experience
