Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-obsessed, and innovative Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of solid industry experience. The ideal candidate should have exceptional design sense, strong branding skills, and the ability to produce premium-quality visual content across digital and print platforms.

A strong portfolio showcasing superior, modern, and strategic design is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, ads, branding, and campaigns.

Develop brand identities, design systems, and visual guidelines.

Produce clean, polished creatives with strong attention to layout, typography, and color theory.

Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, banners, infographics, and packaging.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand briefs and deliver high-quality outputs.

Adapt creatives across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.

Stay updated with global design trends, UI/UX basics, and industry standards.

Brainstorm and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas for campaigns and brand-building.

Work under tight deadlines while ensuring excellence in every deliverable.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

1-2 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) — mandatory.

Knowledge of After Effects, Premier Pro, Figma, or Canva Pro is a strong plus.

Superior understanding of:

* Typography

* Layout design

* Color theory

* Visual hierarchy

* Branding & identity

Ability to create premium and modern designs suitable for high-end brands.

Strong communication skills and ability to understand creative briefs.

Ability to work independently and deliver exceptional output under deadlines.


Good to Have

Experience in motion graphics, reels, GIFs, and short video editing.

Knowledge of UI/UX basics for website and app design.

Experience working with corporate, tech, or international brands.

Creative problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
