Role Overview
At LEDFlex, a pioneer in linear LED luminaires, we are seeking an experienced and innovative Junior Graphic Designer to join our highly skilled, award winning, dynamic team. You'll have the confidence and skills to deliver high quality, creative graphic design services and solutions that have the right impact and convey information clearly and accurately. You will conceptualise and design high-impact publications and assets, such as brochures, catalogue, digital ads, infographics, posters, and banners, in relation to our projects and campaigns. All these assets will adhere to the LEDFlex brand guidelines, which you will be tasked with guarding, maintaining and developing.

We have been designing, developing, and manufacturing innovative linear LED lighting solutions for over 10 years, leading the way in performance and effectiveness with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. Our products are at the forefront of the lighting industry illuminating everything from commercial spaces to architectural landmarks with cutting-edge design and functionality. Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for concept, development and delivery of design work across print and digital channels under the guidance of our Lead Graphic Designer and the Marketing team.
• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts, making decisions around fonts, images and readability based on LEDFlex's brand guidelines
• Work closely with our design team, to produce designs that enhance our brand identity and connect with our audience.
• Create visually compelling designs for a range of marketing materials including, but not limited to, print and digital assets, social content, web banners, info graphics and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams, at varying levels (including Sales, Product, Operation and Data teams) to understand project requirements. Develop ideas and concepts into effective designs and provide design support as needed.
• Support with ad-hoc creative and design requests as instructed by the Marketing team.
• Developing and maintenance of brand assets, templates and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills particularly in editorial design, typography and composition. A strong portfolio is essential.
• Exhibit proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe InDesign), Figma, and more.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any design or technical issues that may arise.
• Basic understanding of UI design to maintain and update the company website.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and asking for clarification when needed.
• Good time management and organisational skills to keep track of ongoing projects, deadlines, and product updates.
• Drive to continually improve and learn new skills.
