Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Thought Weaver. The Thought Weaver will be responsible for coordinating and managing volunteer initiatives, delivering training sessions, and ensuring effective communication across the team. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to stakeholders, managing textiles and yarn-related projects, and supporting the strategic goals of the Placement Cell through innovative and thoughtful contributions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Volunteer Management
• Knowledge and experience in Textiles and Yarn
• Ability to develop and conduct comprehensive Training programs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Creative thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities
• Teamwork and a collaborative spirit
• Previous experience in a leadership or coordination role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
