Designation: Graphic Designer / Visual DesignerLocation: Remote / HyderabadOverviewWe are looking for multidisciplinary designers to own the visual output of our brand.You will sit at the intersection of speed (Social Media) and permanence (Web). We do not view design as just "making things pretty." We view it as the primary driver of trust and attention. We are looking for someone who combines the artistic depth of an Art Director with the execution speed of a Content Creator.The RoleYou will own two distinct but connected worlds:Social (High Velocity): You will dominate our social channels. You will use Adobe Creative Suite and other video editing tools to craft high-fidelity assets - from videos to motion graphics and static campaigns - that stop the scroll and capture the current cultural moment.Web (High Fidelity): You will evolve our presence. You will design web experiences and, over time, take ownership of implementing them in Framer.Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content (Primary Ownership)Creative Execution: Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to produce a high volume of world-class social assets.Trend Adaptation: You don't just follow trends; you internalize them. You can take a viral format and reimagine it for our brand within hours, not weeks.Motion & Video: You understand that static images are rarely enough. You bring designs to life with motion (After Effects/Premiere) to increase retention. Web & Systems (Strategic Ownership)Visual Systems: Maintain a consistent visual language across all touchpoints.Web Implementation: Design responsive layouts in Figma/Adobe.The "Build" (Growth Area): While your primary tool is the Adobe Suite, you will actively expand your skillset into Framer. You will move from just "designing" the site to "publishing" it.The StackPrimary (Expert): Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).Secondary (Proficient): Figma (for UI/Web layout).Growth (Willing to Master): Framer (for no-code web building).
