We are a North America–based digital marketing agency working with brands across Canada and the U.S., helping them grow through high-performance campaigns.
As a Google Partner agency, we specialize in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics-driven strategy to deliver measurable ROI for our clients.
We’re looking for a well-rounded Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage campaigns end-to-end — from strategy to optimization — and present confidently to clients in video meetings.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage paid media and SEO campaigns for our North American clients, ensuring strong performance, accurate tracking, and actionable insights.
You’ll collaborate closely with content, design, and account management teams — taking ownership of strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
- Set up and manage pixels, tags, and conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Events Manager.
- Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO, and coordinate with content teams for optimization.
- Analyze and report campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA; propose data-driven improvements.
- Manage LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels as needed for B2B clients.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent campaign messaging and creative quality.
- Present campaign insights in client meetings, maintaining clear and confident communication.
- Stay updated on latest platform updates, tracking technologies, and digital marketing trends.
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and GA4 analytics.
- Strong technical understanding of pixels, tags, conversion events, and attribution models.
- Excellent English communication — verbal and written.
- Confident and professional personality, capable of handling client-facing video calls.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data into strategy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business — preference for candidates from reputed universities or top institutions.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or ClickFunnels.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
- Knowledge of email marketing and lead nurturing workflows.
- Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) for reporting dashboards.
Full-time | Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (North American time zone alignment preferred)
Remote (India-based candidates working with North American clients)
