We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands how to create scroll-stopping visuals that not only look great — but also perform.


Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing creative assets for social media and paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with our performance marketing and social media teams to craft visuals that drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging social media creatives, reels thumbnails, carousels, and story posts.
  • Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
  • Work with marketing and strategy teams to ensure creatives align with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats and placements (feed, story, reels, banners, etc.).
  • Stay updated with design trends, typography, and color psychology relevant to performance marketing.
  • Organize and maintain creative assets for multiple brands and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, social media managers, and video editors for cohesive campaigns.


Requirements
  • 3–4 years of professional design experience (agency or eCommerce background preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media and paid ad creatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
  • Understanding of visual communication for conversions — not just aesthetics.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple brand projects simultaneously.
  • Eye for detail, color, and composition with an understanding of marketing psychology.
