With strong delivery centers in India and a growing presence in the US market, the organization is expanding its senior sales leadership team to accelerate global revenue growth.

Role Overview

The Senior IT Sales Manager will be responsible for driving IT services sales across India and USA markets, with a focus on new logo acquisition, enterprise account management, and closing mid to large-value IT service deals. This role requires strong expertise in pure IT services sales, consultative selling, and global client management.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development (India & USA)

  • Identify and acquire new clients through networking, outbound prospecting, and partnerships.
  • Build a qualified sales pipeline for IT services: Digital, Cloud, Application Services, QA, Infra, Managed Services.
  • Drive lead generation and opportunity qualification.

2. IT Services Solution Selling

  • Understand client pain points and propose relevant IT service offerings.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams for technical solutioning and RFP responses.
  • Deliver strong value-based presentations to CXOs and senior IT leadership.

3. Key Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts in India and the US.
  • Cross-sell and upsell multiple service lines.
  • Build long-term customer relationships ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

4. Deal Management & Revenue Delivery

  • Lead full sales cycle: prospecting → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and strong funnel hygiene.

5. Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Work with global delivery teams for successful project execution.
  • Share market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer trends.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and GTM initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10–18 years of IT Services Sales experience (mandatory).
  • Proven track record selling to India + USA markets.
  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, digital, cloud, QA/testing, and managed services.
  • Demonstrated success in closing mid-to-large enterprise IT deals.
  • Experience engaging with CXO/CTO/CIO-level stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong enterprise customer network across India and US.
  • Experience with onsite/offshore delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, proposal creation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
