Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesPerform Front end Sales in Heat Exchanger market independently.Ensure OI Targets are achieved with an Order Intake of >Rs. 15 CrHas to lead the process from enquiry initiation or enquiry generation, client engagement, discussions with consultant / client, final negotiations towards order closureHas to network with clients, engineering consultants, EPC companies in the respective regionInitiate the process of getting certified as approved vendor by Consultants, Private Customers, Government Agenciesknowledge about technical tendering of heat exchangerIncrease market share of product in the respective regionEstablish an analytical screening process for the project enquiry in the regionEnsure timely Collection of payment from Clients and Accounts ReconciliationInterface continuously and smoothly with internal company functions Project review with Cross-functional teams.Occasionally visiting Customer site to understand the customer requirements.Maintain customer relationshipPreparation of Weekly & Monthly reports for management reviewSupport the annual Budget preparation for Order IntakeMaintain Travel budgetGood team player Support for account receivables.Maintain accuracy of Order Intake forecasting target Company Specific Tasks & ResponsibilitiesPerform to achieve the highest possible work efficiencyTo comply with the Company Code of ConductTo provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely mannerTo adhere to all Company processes and proceduresTo enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interestsTo be aware of, and adhere to, all Health & Safety laws & guidelines relevant to your role and to the safety of your colleagues, visitors and external partners.CompetenciesAbility to communicate articulately and quickly - both written and spoken EnglishAdequate Technical and Commercial Knowledge of the businessVery good coordination, organized and communication skills in a highly dynamic environment Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directorsAbility to manage customer. Ability to analyze information and develop strategiesGood analytical and problem solving skills are requiredTechnical interest and flair is preferredSelf-motivated and target driven - proactive and enthusiastic with good attention to detail and willingness to take ownershipWork experience in transportation, heavy & light Industry10-12 days in a month travelling for business purpose Experience & SkillsEssential At least 8-10 years related experience in Front End Sales of which minimum 5 years of experience in either Heat Transfer Equipment Adequate Commercial Knowledge Desirable Handled > 10-12 Cr business order intake volume annually for at least 2 to 3 yearsRelevant experience and proven track record Sales/MarketingGeneral : (non-role specific) Essential: Fluency in English (Written & Oral),Desirable: SAP working knowledge (not a must)QualificationsEngineering Degree Ability to continuously drive and lead change in the respective organizations – across BUs, functions and culturesAbility to enhance customer satisfaction through dialogue, communication, transparency and integration – you know how to establish and develop successful relations with customers (Externally and Internally)Exposure to multi-culture and international organizations is preferred
