Property For U is expanding We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive for our real estate sales operations in Dombivli East.

Role: Sales Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Dombivli East
Industry: Real Estate – Residential & Commercial
Key Responsibilities
1. Generating business for the company out of leads provided/generated and achieve your monthly/quarterly targets (carries high degree of importance)
2. Lead / Data calling customer to closing deals.
3. Evaluating needs, requirements individual customer.
4. Conducting site visits with customers.
5. Maintaining clients and prospects data as per company’s requirement.
6. Meeting with the clients and explaining the details of projects/venture.
7. Post Sales services to all the booked clients.
8. Maintaining relationship with developers, bankers and other related parties.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience
- Education - Graduation or MBA in any stream
- Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Own 2-wheeler preferred
