About the Role
As an Amazon Growth Ninja at Gabit, you will be responsible for accelerating Gabit’s presence and performance across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces. You’ll own the end-to-end strategy — listings, growth, optimisation, reviews, ads, inventory, and brand visibility — ensuring Gabit’s wearables, supplements, and skincare products scale profitably on one of the world’s largest marketplaces.
This is a role for someone analytical, detail-oriented, marketplace-savvy, and obsessed with driving measurable impact through smart optimisation and experimentation.
What Your Day Would Look Like:
- Manage and optimise product listings on Amazon to maximise visibility, conversions, and ranking.
- Plan and execute Amazon paid campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display) to drive efficient growth.
- Analyse key marketplace metrics daily (CTR, CVR, ACoS, ROAS, buy box %, ranking trends) and drive data-led decisions.
- Track pricing, competitor movements, customer search behaviour, and category trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Work with creative and content teams to improve listing quality — images, videos, A+ content, brand store, and copies.
- Manage inventory planning with the supply chain to ensure availability, minimise stockouts, and avoid overstock penalties.
- Boost review velocity through compliant strategies and maintain high product ratings.
- Collaborate with brand, operations, and product teams to launch new SKUs and optimise their ramp-up performance.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new Amazon programs (Prime, Deals, Subscribe & Save, Brand Registry, Vine, etc.).
- Evaluate performance weekly and monthly through dashboards, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Say Hello If You’ve Got:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field with 1–3 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management or e-commerce growth.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (brand registry, campaigns, listings, inventory planning, reports).
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills with comfort in interpreting campaign and marketplace data.
- Knowledge of Amazon ads, keyword research, SEO, product ranking, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- A problem-solver mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
