Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors integrations and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams, and effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at different levels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems (e.g., People Strong, third-party HR applications).
  • Configure and customize SAP CPI to support secure, scalable, and efficient data flows.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and integration standards.
  • Support UAT, documentation, and post-go-live activities for integration projects.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior consultants where required.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of total IT experience with at least 4–6 years in SuccessFactors CPI/Integration.
  • Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs (OData, SOAP), and middleware tools.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and monitoring CPI iFlows.
  • Good understanding of SuccessFactors modules such as EC, PMGM, Onboarding, and Time Management.
  • Experience with SAP HCM/ECC/S4 integrations is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
