SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant


Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to support a key client.


Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation:

Design, configure, and implement the SuccessFactors LMS module to meet organizational learning and development needs.

• Configuration & Setup:

Configure and manage various aspects of the LMS, including course catalogues, learning assignments, certifications, and user security settings.

• Integration Management:

Ensure seamless integration of the SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central

• Reporting & Analytics:

Develop and deliver reports on learning metrics, course completion rates, course assignments, and compliance data to support workforce development.

• Documentation & Training:

Create and maintain configuration documentation, and user guides, and provide training to wider SuccessFactors Development and Operations team.

Essential Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors LMS Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS functionality and best practices.

• Business Process Design: Ability to design and guide clients on effective learning process solutions.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, integration, and custom report development (e.g., using Plateau Report Designer, Stories).

• Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with People, training, and technical teams.

• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical specifications into understandable concepts suitable for discussion with senior business stakeholders.
