Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to support global business development, customer engagement, and digital research. The role involves managing leads, strengthening client relationships, supporting trade show activities, and executing digital marketing tasks to drive visibility and growth.


Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management
  • Identify new leads using LinkedIn, industry platforms and Trade Show contacts
  • Manage inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate samples, and drive structured follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Maintain and update CRM, sales trackers, and customer databases


Digital Marketing & Research
  • Use Mintel, Volza, and market intelligence tools for trend analysis and opportunity mapping
  • Assist in creating marketing content: product sheets, presentations, newsletters, LinkedIn posts
  • Work with design/agency teams to execute digital campaigns and marketing collateral


Trade Show Marketing
  • Support planning and execution of events such as CPHI, Vitafoods, In-Cosmetics
  • Manage pre-show outreach: sending invites, scheduling meetings, updating CRM
  • Assist on ground with lead capture and booth coordination
  • Execute post-show follow-up emails, samples, and documentation


Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or cosmeceutical markets (preferred)
  • Ability to present, negotiate, and manage customer interactions professionally
  • Familiarity with sales & marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred)
