This role is for an executive to manage his busy schedule as he is part of multiple ventures.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant located in India. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting the executive with clerical and administrative tasks, managing diaries, and ensuring effective communication and planning travel. Day-to-day tasks include raising invoices, managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, managing emails, wife of the executive, handling phone calls, preparing reports, and organizing meetings. The role includes travel at times within India. The role will also require maintaining confidentiality at all times. The person must accompany the executive during travel in top hotels across India. The person must assist the executive in day-to-day tasks such as folding clothes, ordering morning tea, picking up old clothes and planning next travel schedule.


Qualifications

  • Willing to learn to raise invoices. Knowledge of computers is essential.
  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Experience in the hotel industry as waitress would be added plus.
