As the Assistant Manager/ Manager of Sales Operations, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our sales processes, optimizing performance, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.Develop and implement sales operations strategies to improve performance and efficiency across the sales team. Management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and utilizing analytics to drive insights. Collaborate with sales leadership to set targets, forecasts, and KPIs. Enhance existing sales processes and tools to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business objectives. Develop and deliver training and resources to support the sales team’s skills and knowledge.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to align strategies and share insights. Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, providing ongoing support and feedback on performance metrics. Evaluate and improve sales reporting mechanisms to track performance against goals Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS environment. Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies and operations. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM, SQL and Power BI Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
