Role Description:
We are hiring for a full-time Associate Sales Operations role based on-site in Bengaluru. The Associate Sales Operations professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including Sales Operations, Sales Quotation, Supply Chain Management, and Order Management, managing sales data, generating reports, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with sales teams to optimize strategies along with exceptional English communication skills. . This role also involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of sales workflows, providing administrative and operational support, and identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance overall team productivity.
Location: Bangaluru
Salary: Upto 6Lpa (Depending on the interview)
Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Sales Ops
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Essential Skills:
- Provide quotations for the Software Sales team using Oracle, Salesforce including discounts where applicable, based on the approval authority matrix.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook
- Able to work independently and multitask
- Previous experience in B2B sales
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide quotations for the Software Sales team using Oracle, including discounts where applicable, based on the approval authority matrix.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams to support needs of the sales team and their customers
- Populate future renewal opportunities in Salesforce and input tasks for account transfers based on sales policies, etc.
- Provide pricing assistance as needed, to sales representatives
- Work closely with the Pricing Master to ensure missing part codes and prices can been communicated so resolutions can be made.
- Work closely with Product Management to understand products and solutions, and ensure pricing requests from Sales are inclusive of all required infrastructure and licenses, effectively being a SME on product prices
- Partner with the Order Management team to ensure smooth transition from quoting through to ordering, ensure all details are accurate and account history is communicated as needed
- Help with Sales Territory Assignment, ensuring accuracy
- Reconcile data from other internal sales databases
- Provide other administrative support for sales team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving abilities and process optimization expertise
- Prior experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- An attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
