About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented US Compliance and Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our company adheres to all relevant US regulations and maintains efficient internal processes. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including managing onboarding documentation, supporting compliance initiatives, and assisting various departments with HR, payroll, and immigration processes.


Responsibilities:

Onboarding Documentation:

  • Review, create, and modify onboarding documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, teaming agreements, subcontracting agreements, statements of work (SOWs), master service agreements (MSAs), and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
  • Ensure all onboarding documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with legal requirements.


Compliance Initiatives:

  • Work on new and existing US government and commercial certifications and supplier registration initiatives.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the certification/registration processes and application procedures.
  • Manage compliance maintenance and renewals for various registrations.


US HR Support:

  • Provide support to the HR department with general US HR processes, compliance, and operations.
  • Stay up to date on relevant HR regulations and best practices.


Payroll and Finance Assistance:

  • Assist the payroll and finance teams as needed with payroll processes.


Immigration Support:

  • Assist with the H-1B visa immigration process.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records related to your assigned tasks.
  • Stay informed of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proactively identify and address potential compliance issues.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 6 months experience in a compliance or process-oriented role.
  • Understanding of US employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
