Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Students Counselling & Sales, located in Mumbai. The Manager will be responsible for guiding potential students through the enrollment process, providing personalized counselling, and supporting them throughout their training journey. Day-to-day tasks include managing student inquiries, conducting counselling sessions, sales of courses, and maintaining relationships with partner recruiters to facilitate job placements. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure students' career development. Qualifications Strong background in Counselling, Educational Guidance, and Career DevelopmentSales and Marketing skills, with an ability to meet enrollment targetsExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and stakeholdersProficiency in managing CRM tools and student databasesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks and work under pressurePrior experience in the education or training sector is a plusBachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
