Role Overview
This is a sales-focused role where you’ll connect with potential clients through video consultations — no cold calling involved.
You’ll speak only with pre-qualified leads who have already shown interest in our nutrition programs, understand their goals, and help them choose the right plan.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one video consultations with prospective clients.
Understand clients’ health concerns and recommend suitable nutrition plans.
Present the benefits and features of our customized programs confidently.
Build strong client relationships and drive high-ticket sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Follow up with clients for renewals and referrals.
Requirements
Background in nutrition, dietetics, wellness, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable conducting video-based consultations.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in client interactions.
Passionate about helping people live healthier lives.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month
Incentives: Up to ₹1,00,000/month based on performance
