Experience Required: 6+ Years in Audio Video Solution Designing and Pre-Sales


Role Overview:

As the Regional Product Manager (RPM) for the AVSI division, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, solution design, OEM/vendor alliances, pre-sales enablement, and revenue growth across the South India region. You will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to position AV solutions that meet customer needs and accelerate business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Ownership

-Own the product roadmap and Go-To-Market strategy for AVSI solutions in the region.

-Define bundled AV offerings for key verticals (corporate, education, BFSI, government, etc.).

2. OEM/Vendor Engagement

-Build and manage strategic relationships with AV OEMs and technology partners (e.g., Crestron, Cisco, Poly, Samsung, LG, etc.).

-Ensure product certifications, trainings, and special pricing are in place for the region.

3. Pre-Sales & Solution Support

-Work closely with sales teams to provide technical and commercial support during client discussions.

-Lead solution design, BOQ preparation, and customer presentations for AV opportunities.

Techno-Commercial, Strong exposure in designing AVSI solutions for end customers, preparation of BOQ/BOM
