Key Responsibilities:
•Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Strategically identify and connect with potential leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and manage email outreach campaigns – both personalized 1:1 emails and targeted bulk campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Lemlist.
- Research and segment prospect lists based on target criteria (industry, job function, region, etc.).
- Monitor and optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
•Sales Enablement
- Follow up with warm leads via email or call to qualify them and pass them to the sales pipeline.
- Support the sales process by setting appointments, preparing brief prospect notes, and updating CRM regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead gen efforts with ongoing campaigns and content.
•Reporting & Strategy
- Track KPIs like lead conversion rate, pipeline contribution, and email campaign performance.
- Share weekly and monthly reports and insights on lead generation effectiveness and suggest optimizations.
- Experiment with new platforms and techniques to generate demand beyond current practices.
• Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B lead generation, or business development roles.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), and email marketing platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for personalization and engagement.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets under minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
