Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
• Design and propose innovative Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and drive value.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to customize and configure Salesforce to meet client requirements.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and use case diagrams to communicate requirements and solutions to development teams.
• Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with best practices and design patterns.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
• Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective Salesforce adoption.
• Assist in change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of Salesforce solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce environment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and other stakeholders, to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Overall 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Consultant.
• Proven ability to drive and document detailed business requirements independently.
• Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce during the requirement gathering phase.
• Expertise in Salesforce consulting, coaching for best practices in administration and implementation, focusing on enhancing user experience and streamlining processes through automation.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive thought leadership and provide strategic insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Vision.
• Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them.
• Writing functional specs, collaborating on design specs with tech team.

Education / Certification-

• Master’s /University degree or equivalent experience.
• Mandatory Certification - Salesforce Business Analyst and Salesforce Admin, Salesforce AI Associate.
