We are looking for a Front Desk Officer who will serve as the welcoming face of our clinic while also handling essential administrative responsibilities to support smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Patient Experience

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups using booking software.
  • Assist patients with registration, billing, and consultation coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, queries, and patient communication efficiently.
  • Maintain the front desk area with a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
  • Coordinate with doctors, psychologists, and support staff to ensure a smooth patient journey.


Administrative Duties

  • Maintain and update patient records and documentation accurately and securely.
  • Manage and order office and clinic supplies when required.
  • Support clinic operations including attendance tracking, petty cash, vendor coordination, and basic reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance documents, forms, and operational checklists.
  • Provide support during audits, events, and operational processes when required.
  • Ensure records and systems are handled with confidentiality and compliance standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Front Desk / Admin Executive in a healthcare environment is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with patient booking software or CRM tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Professional, caring, ethical, and reliable attitude toward patient interaction.
