Beyond flexible workspace solutions, we also strive to be the place that works for all individuals and businesses, revolutionising how people work by providing a platform that fosters growth, connections, collaborations and opportunities for our ever-growing JustCo community and beyond.We are looking for Customer Relations Representative in India (Gurugram).In this role, you will be responsible for:Be the face of JustCo Greet members, visitors, and guests while managing entry access and conducting centre tours.Handle queries about our products, services, and offerings across multiple channels (front desk, email, phone).Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out experiences for members, ensuring their workspace setup is seamless.Oversee daily centre operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and managing shared spaces like pantries and meeting rooms.Support administrative tasks such as front desk duties, courier services, invoicing, and payment processing.Participate in community events and initiatives that foster a dynamic and engaging work environment.Pre-requisites for this role include:Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service, ideally within 5-star Hotel, the serviced office or hospitality sector.Strong communication skills in English and the local language.Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented with a passion for building communities.Proficiency in MS Office with a keen eye for detail.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.We will review your application and will contact you within two weeks if you are shortlisted for an interview.Spark your potential at JustCo We believe work should be energizing and fulfilling.
