Develop procurement plans outlining the intent, scope, and timeline for obtaining goods and services. Ensure that procurement activities align with project goals and adhere to relevant policies and regulations.Team Management: Proficiency in managing and mentoring teams, delegating tasks effectively, and resolving conflicts. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
