Role Overview


We’re looking for a Google Ads Expert who can plan, build, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, obsessed with ROI, and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive research, and audience targeting.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, quality score, CPL, ROAS, etc.
  • Create compelling ad copy, extensions, and creative briefs.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance pacing.
  • Track and analyze data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams for end-to-end campaign success.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and new features.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 2 years of expereince in managing Google ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax).
  • Experience with keyword tools, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking setup.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and solve performance gaps.
  • Strong copywriting mindset for ad creation.
  • Knowledge of remarketing, custom audiences, and advanced targeting.
  • Certification in Google Ads is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
