Base Location - Mumbai & PuneDesignation- Sales Manager- Corporate Working Days - 6 days with weekends workingReporting To - City HeadTravel Frequency - HighHere is what we are looking for:● 2 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales.● A flair for problem-solving with strong organizational skills.● Have previously worked in a start-up.● Self-motivated individual with an urge to be a part of a revolution.● Engineers would be preferred.Roles and Responsibilities:As part of the Enterprise Solutions team, the selected candidate will play a crucial part inbuilding and driving relationships with corporates/ builders (existing and potential) in yourgeography.A quick snapshot of tasks and responsibilities is:● -Steer and oversee New business addition & business operations for Valet Businesswithin a designated city/region● Manage City-level operations to minimize user escalation & streamline B2Bcollection process as per the agreed terms on projects● Identify new business opportunities and add to revenue and user growth byonboarding accounts at the B2B level● Create & deliver reports to managers and maintain complete visibility in Data &action planned● Identify organizational or employee-related issues & create effective solutions forValet business growth with current clients● Identify the Parking supply and fulfill the client demand by providing additional parkingslotsStrategic Planning:● Act as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships andstrong partnerships for the benefit of the organization● Build an active pipeline with detailed insights for the upcoming 6 monthsDesired Candidate's Profile● Min. 4-5 years of experience in brand management/ activation/sales/businessdevelopment/running B2C● Operations● In-depth experience of Enterprise sales closure, Retail Sales & Revenue Managementand BTL activities.● Manage the launch process, ensuring all teams are on track to reach key milestones.● Experience in an early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor wouldan advantage.● Operations & Sales Management experience with a B2C brand is highly preferred.Preferred skills for this role:● Should have excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to work in adynamic environment.● Ability to act accordingly under strong pressure, along with the ability to effectivelymanage during stressful or crisis.● A passion for creating & delivering innovative ideas and● Comfortable working in flexible working hours conditions and occasional traveling.● Proven track record and working experience as a brand executive.● Proficient with MS Office products and Google Docs.
